Bulk Shipment and Return Information

SHIPPING

At Curetech, we calculate shipping costs during the order entry process. Both customers and vendors have the flexibility to route our freight as they see fit. We can also assist by adding shipping charges and selecting a carrier, should you prefer. For smaller orders, we offer the convenience of using a parcel delivery service of your choice with provided account information or less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping collect. Your preferences are important to us, and we are here to accommodate your needs.

BULK SHIPMENTS/ DRUMS

30-55 gallon drums are shipped via truck carrier rather than parcel carrier. As such, customers must ensure that their facilities are adequately equipped to receive these drum deliveries. Lift gates can be made available upon request, though please note that this will incur an additional charge, which will be estimated at the time of your order. Should you have any further questions or require assistance regarding drum or bulk orders, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

RETURNS

To ensure an efficient return process, we kindly ask that you report any damaged or defective goods within one week of receiving your order. This prompt notification allows us to address your concerns quickly and effectively. For any returned items, please remember that you will need prior approval through electronic communication with Curetech. This step is important for us to manage returns smoothly. Additionally, please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns of non-damaged goods. We implement this fee to help us maintain inventory and service quality.
